Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange (exceptions may apply).

Orders may take from 24 to 48 hours to process. We will email you the DHL or EMS tracking number in about 24 to 48 hours. If it is an EMS tracking number, you have to wait for another 24—48 hours before you can look up the delivery information online. For now, DHL delivery is usually used for delivery to Europe and America countries while EMS is applied for packages going to Japan and Canada.

1. The package will be returned if it is not picked up in 10 days after arrival. Customers need to pay for the returning freight cost.
